Sun Called from Tibet

Last week I had a voice message on my land line. A business podcast was offering me a 5 minute speaking segment on Reiki. They left a number for me to phone them back.

At first, I was really excited! How great would that be? Then I realized that it was my land line. That information doesn’t appear anywhere on my profiles.

Question number one: How would they have found my land line? And why in this day and age wouldn’t someone reach out via email or other online opportunities? Enquiring minds want to know

I looked at the phone number. It was in NY!

Question number two: Did I really want to call a long distance out of country number?

In stepping back and using discernment, I decided I wasn't comfortable with the way this was presenting itself.

You would think that would have been the end of it.

But the universe has quite the sense of humour.

When my land line rang yesterday, I noticed it was a private number. To be honest, it’s usually sp%m on my land line so I rarely answer. However, something inside me urged me to pick it up. What if it was someone I knew who needed something?

“Do you offer Reiki?” asked a soft male voice with an accent.

I was taken aback. To add to the crazy theme going on here, I had recently been contacted by a client to tell me he had given my information to a friend. Maybe this was the friend?

I affirmed that yes, indeed, I do offer Reiki. “I’m only offering long distance now though, are you comfortable with that?”

“Yes, of course. Just a minute I’ll be right back.” I sat in silence ruminating, very confused. Should I hang up? Was this legit? This was bringing up my root chakra fears of not being safe!

He started asking me questions. How long had I offered Reiki?

My brain was spinning! I gently interrupted saying, “I prefer to connect with people via email and how did you get this number?”

“I don’t have access to a computer. Your phone number keeps coming up in my meditation. The universe wanted me to call you. I saw Archangel Michael…”

I don’t really remember a lot of what was said after that. My mouth was wide open LOL!

“What is your name and where are you calling from?” I interrupted.

“My name is Sun from Tibet.”

Silence reigned for a moment.

Then he started speaking again of spirit wanting me to know that I am being guided, I will have an amazing year, the teacher I am looking for is the universe, I have been here many times before, great gifts are coming…

“What is your purpose?” he asked in his soft voice.

So many thoughts were racing through my head. And my energy body was lit up. Was this for real? Or was he recording my voice to use somehow on the net LOL. Both legit from where I stood. I have had crazy things happen.

I didn’t want to verbalize an answer. I felt myself illuminated in the pillar of light, my own sovereignty, “I am sending the answer to you now through my heart chakra.” And I did.

He told me he wasn’t selling anything that I had to decide if I was standing in the light or letting the darkness dim my light. I guess he could sense my uncertainty, my fear. He asked, “Are you allowing yourself to be guided by the light or the dark?”

I paused before the answer surged through me, “I AM the light.”

That felt so good, I thought, "I am not afraid. If you are for real, you will feel it. If you are a scammer, you will feel it.”

I felt the TRUTH of it. Of me. I WILL NOT BE AFRAID ANYMORE.

“No the light is the universe, you are a conduit for the light…” Wow, he sounded legit here. But it was time to take back my power.

“I have to go now.” I was not rude. And to his credit, Sun was very gracious as we said goodbye.

The universe/God/Divine has a wonderful way of showing us when patterns are breaking free. We are given opportunities to stand in our power and claim who we are stepping into.

Yesterday, I broke the yoke of fear of being seen, not being safe as a spiritual being & energy worker. And it feels great!
