Karmic Patterns & Ancestral Healing Tools

We often hear that going back and retelling a traumatic story is not helpful and in fact in many cases, may re-traumatize us as we re-live the trauma over and over 🙁

But when is story helpful?

We also know that story and talking about our lived experience is connecting and healing. It helps us feel like we are not alone. Not having our lived experiences witnessed in compassion and forgiveness is traumatizing as well.

Confusing, right?!

Sometimes story is neither needed nor helpful on the healing journey, while other times, it is a crucial piece of the puzzle to fill in the missing link.

In my experience, there are certain times in energy healing when we need a "story" to release stubborn energy blocks for long standing issues as follows:

1. The root of the issue is based on Ancestral imprints from your family line. In many cases, you may have been trying in vain to 'heal' and issue for many years without understanding why it isn't working. The imprint must be witnessed with compassion so that it may be 'released' from your lineage. Essentially, it is not yours to 'heal' however,  someone from your lineage can help it to release for your ancestors, yourself & future generations! It requires deep compassion for all... Could this person be you?

2. The issue stems from an original wound through many, many lifetimes. You feel things that don't make sense given the current reality of your circumstances & relationships. When there is seemingly 'no cause', this makes us feel like something is wrong with us! It's a big relief to view relationships and patterns through past life lens and to heal karmic patterns.

In my work, I call this Soul Story and it's part of my speciality.  It falls within the Synergistic Resonance part of my energy healing tool kit.

Soul Story, that which our spirit guides from a higher perspective, helps us heal and realize there is not something 'missing' from us, just something missing from our awareness. 

There are many ways to tap into Soul Story and different structures as well such as the Akashic Records, Book of Life, White Zone for contracts, and the Earth Star Chakra for ancestral healing. These are just a few ways we can access your soul's story to help unravel ancestral and karmic challenges.
